PLASTIC COLLECTIVE SYSTEM – AN INTRODUCTION
For many years, the Plastic Collective has been working with remote communities to deliver essential infrastructure, training and education to empower them in establishing resource recovery, with the aim of preventing plastics from entering the environment through a profitable model.
The Plastic Collective System (PC System) now includes end-to-end ethical and environmental monitoring and compliance, enabling a greater demand or pull through of materials which is integrated into a global plastics credit scheme and extensive partnership network.
How do we do it?
As we continue to deliver our recovery and recycling systems, we have developed additional digital resources and consulting services which connect to the business community – driving them to reduce, mitigate or ‘offset’ their plastic impact through verified global Plastic Standards. This additional support provides the communities which collect and recycle the materials with greater end-markets, which in turn commercialises the removal of plastic from our environment.
